I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free. Only got 1. Then, I was signed up for a subscription unknown to me. Customer care are useless. When i go in on my account to cancel, im told to email them directly. Then you're told i need to cancel on my account. I had to cancel my payment. They took money 3 times. No customer service....

You sent me the wrong product. I purchased a product for rosacea and received this instead. And it wont let me cancel the subscription that i dont remember signibg up for in the first place.
