I was sent an opened and unsealed tube which the seller immediately replaced. This glue is easy to use but it sets a little faster than i was expecting. Still way more room to adjust than liquid glues, so I'll keep working with it til i find that sweet spot but overall, I'm pleased with the product and the customer service.
