Good price but started breaking after 2 uses

Good price range, comfortable, perfect amount of protection for the shin. However, the strap that holds the bottom of your foot started coming loose after only 2 uses. The thread started coming out, and now it's half way undone. It was disappointing. However, since I first posted this they offered a free replacement, which has a reinforced bottom strap, and it has held together great so far! I appreciate top customer service!
