Expensive mistake

I really wanted to love Reistor — I appreciate their mission and was excited to try the brand for the first time. But unfortunately, I won’t be buying from them again. I ordered a dress that was not cheap and it didn’t fit me at all. The cut was awkward and unflattering, despite following their size chart. To make things worse, I was traveling the month it arrived, and when I reached out about returning it, I was told it had to be received at the warehouse within 30 days — not even postmarked. So now I’m stuck with an expensive dress I can’t wear and no flexibility from customer service. For a brand claiming to be ethical and conscious, they should treat customers with more understanding. Super disappointing.
