The packing was poor q1uality, didn't look professional with broken styrofoam, unexpected bits just at the bottom of the box, like the seat clamp. I plugged in charger overnight and the battery is still dead this morning. I think it may be the charger, the little fan in the charger does NOT run. the light does turn green, so it may be that or the battery itself. It seems real cheap for the money paid. And the front tire isn't a little flat, It is completely flat, hopefully it fills up okay. But no hurry because there will be no assisted riding for me today without power. I am retired and this was a big expense $, I am very very disappointed. Hopefully I can get the company to provide the assistance needed.

The chassis guide for the battery was bent during packing. I straightened it, but the battery inserts with some difficulty. Otherwise I am very happy with the trike. It assembled easily. Now if it will quit raining I will get to actually ride it!
