The chassis guide for the battery was bent during packing. I straightened it, but the battery inserts with some difficulty. Otherwise I am very happy with the trike. It assembled easily. Now if it will quit raining I will get to actually ride it!

Thank you. Everything arrived in good order. I am impressed with the quality and workmanship of the Etrike. It is clearly solid and built to last! It took me a bit longer than anticipated to assemble it all but I got her done well enough. Now on to learning how to ride it with confidence.

Delivery was prompt. Delivery man flipped the box end over end for 100 feet instead of accepting my help. No apparent damage upon opening. Assembly was not easy,but doable. Every reviewer of the Alaskan trike said the seat and seat back were horrible. They were right!!I I immediately bought and installed a better saddle. My first few rides have been good. The Alaskan is powerful. Be careful !! Up grade the seat. Steve S
