Falcon With A Snack Area Rug

Lame customer service. Tried contacting 3 times, maybe 4, no response. Was trying to change size to a bigger rug, so would have been in their best interest to respond. Got the smaller one and disappointed in color and quality. Thin. Like thin thin. Very disappointing with the whole situation to say the least.
