Solitaire - Premium Watch Winder

Excellent purchase. Quiet and beautiful to look at!

I first purchased a cheaper Dukwin winder. It arrived with the digital controller separated from the cabinet and non-functional. I actual found the wiring harness in the back of the cabinet, plugged it in and attempted to get it to work so I wouldn't have to deal with returning it. It still didn't work so I returned it to the manufacturer. I immediately contacted the manufacturer but I had to jump through hoops to get them to accept the damaged cabinet back. Even worse, I waited over 6 weeks for my refund and had to contact them over and over again to make it happen. In the meantime I order the 24 slot Solitaire Watch Winder to handle some fat watches in my possession. As the ole saying goes "there is no such thing as cheap quality and quality doesn't come cheap. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The cushioned winder slots fit all of my watches and even the larger than average sized ones. In fact, I haven't found one yet that wont fit including a 50mm deep sea diver. The cabinet beautifully lacquered, well lit with to many colors to count lighting up each slot and 3 levels of brightness for a white LED bars on both sides, super quite motors you cant even here standing directly in front of it with the door open, unlocks the glass door with my finger print and is simple to set up as far as number of rotations and direction of rotation as specified by each manufacture. Overall, I couldn't be happier. If this manufacturer's cabinet fits your budget, I encourage you to invest in quality so you don't waste time with and inferior product. Keep in mind, the most expensive purchase you will ever make is the one you have to do twice.
