I wouldn’t recommend buying this product. Unfortunately, it hasn’t lasted as expected. I purchased it just two months ago, and within the first week the torch stopped working. After only two months of use, the lead also began constantly jamming. When it works, it’s actually a good product, which makes the quality issues even more disappointing. I contacted Happy Molly to see if they could help, but their customer service was very disappointing. They were unwilling to replace the item, even though it had failed after such a short period of time. I would have expected a replacement or at least a reasonable solution. If you’re considering buying this product, I’d recommend purchasing it from a retailer with better customer service and a stronger warranty policy.

This double lead is fantastic and works well it never tangles, but the lead is shorter than the average extension lead and I’m not sure of the quality of the lead whether it would be strong enough to hold larger dogs or a dog that is darting about. I would be worried if I was walking along a busy road that that the lead may snap if the dog pulled really hard against it. Would highly recommend for smaller dogs.

Good lead

The lead itself is genius the way it rotates so the leads don't cross. Also love the fluoro leads and individual lead locking ability. The poo bag holder doesn't work, it slips forward and interferes with the rotating mechanism for the leads so unable to use this feature which is annoying because obviously you need the poo bags on a walk. Have thought about gluing it on but then you can't refill the poo bags. I have not requested a refund or exchange.
