Heavy Resistance Band Kit / 220 lb

This thing works great! I have done several workouts with it, and I feel the muscles I feel the muscles just as much as I do with weights and the soreness was the same to so far. The resistance bands are strong and the bow is well constructed. The bow has heft to it, which I was not expecting. I like this product a lot. There are haters out there, but they have never tried one of these.

Love the equipment so far. I use it in my hotel room. It replicates several barbell movements. Great on the joints. Bands are significantly more durable than I expected.

Ordered to try to use multiple bands, for more resistance. Bands are good and give me some variety. Still trying to find the perfect match.
