If you have narrow/medium width feet I would recommend a half size up, there's no need to go a full size up. The shoes seem to be made from quality material. The shoes have great arch support for long lasting comfort. I typically wear Nike or Jordan's but the aesthetics of these shoes were hard to resist. I purchased theses shoes just below $130 and it was worth the price I paid.
