We have 4 of these light fixtures in our living room but never turned on those lights because of the harsh blue light from the LEDs. These are a game changer. We did have a bit of an issue when we first put them in with two being one color setting and the other two being a different one, but they’ve finally synced back up. It’s nice to turn back on the overhead lights on occasion and not feel blinded.

During a full-house remodel, I saw an Instagram ad for these health-focused LED bulbs and started digging into circadian rhythm research. The more I learned about how standard LEDs can disrupt melatonin production and sleep quality, the more concerned I became. Instead of sticking with the modern LEDs our builder originally planned, we made the decision to swap out all 33 fixtures in our home for these older-style, warmer, circadian-friendly bulbs. Yes, it was a significant extra expense and a bit of a hassle, but after living with them for a while, I can confidently say it was 100% worth it for my family’s sleep and overall health. No more harsh blue light in the evenings—everyone is sleeping better, waking up more refreshed, and the difference is noticeable. Highly recommend if you’re willing to invest in your long-term well-being.

Worth every penny!

These bulbs are absolutely perfect! I thought I would need a special light switch to access, the 3 different settings. I was willing to get them just to get rid of the flicker from the 16 overhead lights that light my living/dining/kitchen. I was happily surprised that I can get all 3 glows, and bonus that my family loves them too! Such a wonderful upgrade!
