The hoop that you see in the pictures and like advertised is NOT what you will get. You will get a cheap version that does work it’s defective and the store will NEVER NEVER help out they will NEVER contact you back and the phone number provided is like a personal phone number not a store they do not have customer service at all ! Be aware that if you buy this product you will receive a fake product it will NOt work and you will loose the money

I wish I had read other reviews, VERY disappointed, this is not as pictured, seems like a cheap knock off. The 1st time I used it, level 1 did not want to start, didn't think much of it, figured I needed to play around with the settings (the included instructions are not the best). Week 2, L1 & 2 no longer work at all & it needs to be charged after every use. Week 3, charges last maybe 6 minutes. Week 4 (not sure why I've gone this long) a charge may last a minute, if it even wants to start at all. Do Not Waste your money!

if I could give this ZERO stars, I would. it is aweful. it doesnt hold a charge for more than 18 minutes. then takes 3 hours to charge for a whole 18 more minutes. i got the "better" one that has 6 levels, and theyre really not that serious. to top it off the charging port is so cheaply made it doesnt even hold the charger in. I have it a couple days to see if it would get better. im over this thing. then on top of everything else I opted OUT of the subscription, and they SIGNED ME UP ANYWAY. I checked and had to cancel. thats ridiculous.
