Cannot recommend this product enough! I got one circle hardware and one heart. The circle allows the chain to slide smoothly when tugged and the heart is adorable and functional! Definitely tug-proof, sturdy, and a statement piece!

Truly fantastic quality. Smooth and no metal smell at all. Very comfortable to wear yet highly durable and have a nice wieght to them. The uniquness and ability to customize is why I bought it, the quality had me buy more then one and other products too. They also have wonderful and responsive customer service when it came to a mix up in the order. I will definitely be buying more in the furture. Cant wait to see what new products come out next! :)
