Chocolate Single Certificate Frame - University of South Australia

A nice frame but surpised it didn’t come with a wooden backing especially for the price, instead it’s foam like paper/cardboard. The lady in the store asked & kindly placed the Certificate in the frame for us. Once we got home we realised the inside of the glass was full of fingerprints & the glass was somewhat foggy, we had to redo it ourselves. If you’re offering to place the Certificate in the frame for the customer it would be at least assumed the glass on the inside would be cleaned, or at least asking the customer if it can be cleaned for them. The customer service lady was very friendly. As a business, a few important attention to detail aspects are missing.
