Oat raisin cookies

Taste was alright. Not too sweet. However I didn’t like coconut flakes in biscuits at all. This is personal preference. I feel the cookie could have a more granola bar texture. It’s just a bit odd - neither crispy nor really chewy . Sort of chewy gone flaccid.

am a big fan of the choc chip cookies and have probably eaten over 20 cookies by myself. was hoping that this would be a hit too. unfortunately, it missed the mark :( the flavour was fine but the texture was reminiscent of soggy cardboard. really unpalatable. gave one to a friend and she feedbacked the same. please modify the recipe!! i love all your other stuff and will be a loyal customer but this current cinnamon granola cookie isn't it :( definitely willing to give it another go if the recipe is changed.

They are good for quick bites. A bit hard for a quick bite though.
