Custom Simpsons Portrait

I was not impressed. I am a firm believer in art and artists being paid. That being said, I would expect a service like this to have set pricing with the artist's well-being in mind. Not expecting that a consumer who pays for a service is going to pay a debt to the artist they have already technically commissioned for the art (implied gratuity at checkout). The art was not as expected at all. It seemed in the first draft as though the photo was imported to a PC and converted to cartoon without any attention to detail that would make it unique. The hair color on my family was all the same. None of the people contained had the same hair color. When I asked them to redraft, I gave some details and received an updated photo that was just the hair color changed. I would have given one star, but the customer service was responsive at least.
