Customer Service and Quality of Product
I recently had moved and lost my razor handle. Contacted Customer Service to find out which handle I needed to purchase due to the fact that I’ve had it for a long time. They were able to determine which handle and sent it to me immediately. Received it and only a few days. Don’t get that kind of Customer service more routinely. The product itself is affordable worked as good as higher end razors and will not use anything else.

Razor Handle broke
I bought a Harry’s Razor set and the handle broke when I went to change blade heads. I contacted Harry’s customer service and they were awesome. They sent me a new handle quickly and were extremely apologetic for the malfunction with my original handle. I 100% concur that Harry’s stands behind their products!

If this was an old lighthouse, I'd continue to respect it, revere it, but its a trusty newbie!
I think the title says it all. Not much else a razor can do; think the one complex job it has.
This one is good to the touch. Solid, easy to recognize. it does the job effortlessly. Every time. Do I like it? Yup, that's what it's all about!!
