It is a very well crafted product however it came in with some damage which i assume was caused on transit. I have received many compliments on the bag, overall pretty satisfied. Wish they offered special delivery options, i would have paid extra to have the bag handled more carefully to avoid damage.

I have the large purse and came back to het this one for lighter carry every day use
