I bought the correct filter from the company and my problem is solved. Save yourself time and money by purchasing the high quality filter that the company sells. It is worth it.

MADE THE RED INDICATOR DISAPPEAR... BUT...

I have owned this device for more than a year and had to buy two of these filters so far. The first time, it just ran smoothly as usual, but the second time, the filter change indicator disappeared but the unit still registers low water so it doesn’t work. I removed all the calcium deposits, refilled it and still it’s still not working. Tried unplugging it for fifteen minutes too, no luck. Kinda stuck because it’s not working no matter what I do.
