Band for Invicta Subaqua 6177

The “new” watch band I ordered looked as though it has been left after a nuclear explosion. It was broken worse than the one that needed to be replaced. Customer support shouldn’t even exist since they were void of helping the customer with respect. The last thing they bestowed on me the customer was I pay for the shipping back , wow thanks Invicta for absolutely nothing. Oh and I have no idea where those five stars came from , I wouldn’t even provide a half star.
