Good product, slow delivery

Actual product is fine, kids happy though the 4 year old is only just strong enough to fire the balls (which are nice and soft). The downside was the delivery - took 18 days between order and delivery, and missed the birthday it was intended for.

I asked your customer service as soon as the item arrived if I could return the product as it arrived too late as per email you sent me I have had no further response so would not purchase from you again

Bought as a present for a 4 year old boy. He loved it but my 34 year old son loved it too.
