Whitening Coconut Pulling Oil

I have used about 3 bottles and I think my teeth is getting whiter but slowly but yeah I am still using it I think I will get there

Horrible taste & consistancy. 15ml of liquid swishing around in the mouth is a lot to hold in without swallowing and then there’s the problem of where to spit it. Advert said down the toilet but packaging says in the trash can!

I am new to oil pulling. Not sure if this is for me but we'll give it a go. The taste is quite pleasant.
