Korean Cutting Jelly Sticks

I contacted this company many times. My order was incomplete. Was supposed to have received 5 extra sticks free if I purchased 3 plus 1 free gummies. Only got 4 sticks and 1free gummies. Will not order from this merchant again. I payed so much money for these products only not to receive what was ordered. Very misleading and very disappointed. Would like to get a full refund. Can someone from Shop please contact me.

Just started using it. Haven’t noticed anything different yet. Tastes good though.
