Leonie Beige Turkish Rug

I live in Australia so when I ordered the Leonie Rug in beige that was coming from Turkey ,l expected a delay .So I pleasantly surprised when I was notified that the rug was on its way.The hall runner arrived well packaged and within 7 days of ordering.Unfortunately the rug didn’t work in my hallway, too much beige going on ,my mistake ,and was far too thin for the required purpose.I contacted customer service re refund and received a prompt reply as to how to proceed with return of the said rug.The refund ( less shipping cost) was handled efficiently.Very impressed with the customer service of this company .

Delighted with the rug. Perfect for the space between two sofas at right angles to each other.
