Im 6’0 tall 215 lbs 3XL fits me perfectly, the quality and fit is always most important to me, quality is very good, nice and thick but not too thick.. shipping was ok, about 3 weeks, which honestly is better then alot of companies out there, overall im very happy with battlefitgear and will order more again
