Hisui Japanese VG10 Damascus Knife Set – Turquoise Resin Handles

Bought these mainly because I liked the design, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the performance too. They feel comfortable to hold and make food prep much quicker. The variety of knives in the set covers pretty much everything I need in the kitchen.

What a amazing set of knives

Really impressed with this knife set. The blades arrived extremely sharp and have a nice weight without feeling too heavy. I’ve used them for chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and even smaller prep work, and they cut smoothly with very little effort. The handles also look even better in person.
