Company communications are rubbish

The mattress is great, but the communication about the delivery was terrible. I received an email with a tracking number link, it didn’t work. There was only an email address as the contact and that didn’t work either. I was worried I’d been scammed, but the mattress did arrive.

Great value for money. Quality mattress with enough firmness for support but soft and comfortable. Wait time was long but did get a good response and update from my email inquiry. Very happy.
