Gluten And Dairy Free Cakes – 4 Pack

Delicious and healthy!

I am following a fairly rigid anti-inflammatory diet and crave a treat once in a while. My cake is gluten-free and made with honey - no sugar - so it fits in my diet. On top of that, it is wonderfully yummy - moist, flavorful and just perfect. Thank you so much!

The cakes are very tasty!

I ordered a variety pack so we could try all 4 of the cakes. The lemon coconut and chocolate coconut are our favorites - very delicious and just the right sweetness for a light desert cake. Yum! We also like the banana almond and pumpkin almond cakes, but more as a breakfast bread- the sweetness is very subtle. I'm going to try lightly toasting those (in the toaster oven) which should be lovely. The loaves are a bit smaller than I expected, but well worth the cost, considering the quality and all natural ingredients. Shipping was very fast and the loaves were still ice cold and in perfect condition when they arrived. Thank you!
