Semi-Matte and Deeply Nostalgic

This one has a strange semi-matte finish, but feels like the Nickelodeon slime of yore. Minimum of two coats for opacity. I'll wear again around Halloween. :)

Nice formula and dries down matte. Color isn't for me, but it's otherwise a really well executed neon green.

I've never ever owned or worn a color like this. It was such a fun color to wear. Perfect for summer days
