Very well made, accurate description, havent used it intil bake this weekend so am hopingbitnworks as well as everyone says

I received mine and i was happy thought it will do as explained, but unfortunately it didn't 🤷‍♂️. First time I put my sourdough bread as a trial within 2 days get molded, i tried the second time unfortunately the same thing happened. Any explanations to this?
