Postal Company Inappropriate Handling

Alhamdulliah, I received the book on time, I would like to thank the team for posting the book on time. Jazakallahu khair. However, I guess the postage company did not hanle the parcel with due care,I received the book torn from the middle, i.e., the central part where all the pages are glued to, so now, the book is unfortunately all scattered pages,. It is due to this reason, I have given one(1) star, poor rating.
