This is awesome and keeps arms warm for Real. I am 32 waist and 38-40cm shoulder with skinny arms and thick legs. I had ordered Medium and returned for exchange to Large size. Large fits skinny arms. Thank you Primal for the Exchange. Ive had Primal wear previoulsy with coast guard and Lockheed Martin and I rarely use them and they still hold good and the Chamois is the best but need chamois buttr due to my dry skin.
