Unfortunately the first visor is received was damaged at no fault of10-4 Gear ups damaged it and i emailed them and let them know what happened and they called me personally the same day and told me not to worry they would send me another one I couldn't be more happy with my sun shade and Absolute 10 out of 10 for customer service I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
