For starters I think all accessories (foam soap etc) should have been shipped with this machine, The seat does not come out of the automatic mode and the manual is not very clear. You need a better manual as far as installation and usage

Flushing power

I recently installed the Horow T38P smart toilet, and overall, I’ve been very pleased with its features and comfort. The heated seat is a great touch, especially during colder mornings, and the warm water cleansing function works well and feels like a true upgrade from a standard toilet. The automatic features, including the lid operation and flushing, add convenience and give the bathroom a more modern, high-end feel. That said, I do have one concern with the flushing performance. While the toilet is advertised as having a powerful flush system, I’ve noticed on multiple occasions that toilet paper is not fully cleared after a single flush. This has happened more than once, which makes me question whether the flush strength is as strong as expected. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it is a noticeable drawback compared to traditional toilets with more forceful flushing. Overall, I still like the toilet and appreciate the comfort and smart features it offers. However, the flushing performance could be improved, and I’m unsure if this is a design limitation or possibly an issue with my specific unit.

Love this toilet. Only feature update I would have liked is to have both lids open when you walk in as an option. I’m a single guy and #1 is more frequent than #2. The customer service is top notch. They respond quickly and are very helpful and friendly.
