Ordered B2G1 and received 1 diffuser. Second time that’s happened. Will NOT purchase again.

I liked the product but I ordered a two pack and they sent only one piece and it showed up 5 days late. I sent them an email and haven’t got a response about when to expect my other piece that I payed for.
