My son is 6 years old and he is on the severe side of the autism spectrum, he also suffers from severe self injurious behavior. Due to his condition sometimes taking him in public is heartbreaking for me. If he has an episode people stare and think he’s just a bad kid which is totally not the case. Wearing this shirt when we go out in public makes me feel like I have a shield against people’s negativity. I feel so important supporting my sweet boy.
