Worst Granja Paraiso 92 beans I have tasted

I’m a big fan of the Granja Paraiso 92 farm and these beans felt extremely average. Possibly too dark of a roast to appreciate the complexity of the beans that I have experienced with other roasters (that were lighter roasts). I’m disappointed because I purchased a whole kilo of it and now I have to find a way to brew it (with milk maybe?) to make it seem worth drinking. I was really hoping this roaster would be my go-to for these beans moving forward. I brew with a v60.
