Item was delivered broken. Tried to get in touch with merchant sent pics have not heard. Even let you guy’s know and haven’t heard a thing. Why am U using Shop if you don’t even respond??? Very disappointed. Still trying to be patient. Not getting any satisfaction. Oc broken pole. Sent sever messages

The only part I disliked is when my son lost the rod and reel. Sad day indeed.
