MUST GET.
Due to my schedule, sometimes being in the field messes up my sleep schedule, but when I get time to rest these help me so much! My awake time during my sleep cycle is crazy low. Went from being awake an average of 30-40 minutes while I sleep to 3 min! Must get! Thank yall!
