4G LTE Module with SIM Card

Having problems

The lte module has worked fine up until about a week ago. It is recording ok, but when I try to connect through th app with my phone, it won’t pull up live view anymore, whether I connect with WiFi or lte. It just sits and spins. Can someone get back with me please?

The LTE Module works great, I get all the alerts of activity near my vehicle when parked as well as the ability to track the vehicle and use the intercom function to speak to whoever is in the vehicle I have the Module linked to my Vantrue NS5 4 channel dashcam

I am leaving ve the LTE module especially that I can look at files while away from the vehicle. I also love that I can see a little ve view from the different cameras also while away from the vehicle.
