Cylinder Mug

I was extremely disappointed with my order this time. I ordered this mug in the mint green color last year and it was superb. I waited over a year for this buttercup color and was so excited to receive it, however, the quality was far below what I expected for I what paid as well as this shop’s reputation. It looks like they used less of the colored “ooze” this time and the yellow part is thinner than my green mug. I can clearly see a horizonal black band under the yellow which was used to stop the ooze from dripping further. I believe this is because yellow is a lighter color than the green on my previous mug, however, using less ooze did not help with this. Furthermore, there is a clear height difference between my yellow cylinder mug and my green cylinder mug, where my green mug is taller. I believe this is partly due to the yellow one using less ooze. The heigh difference is very clear and it looks like the yellow mug is actually smaller than my green mug overall. Very disappointed

smaller than expected- handle is also uncomfortably small and i have small goblin hands.

Perfect size! Cleans well, so happy to have this mug for my morning coffee.
