Terrible service a wood at all costs

Ordered for my birthday. Received an automated confirmation. No contact no email no phone number. Chat bot is absolutely useless. Had to track down on Instagram to ask about the order was then sent a proof. But then they said they needed a fe more days which was after the actual party. Said it too late and they agreed to a refund. Sent off the request. Again silence for a few days then got a shipping notice email. Requested to cancel and that they had my email request as they agreed but they stated they had made and shipped the order so nothing could be done. Product arrive 3 days after the party. Now I have useless stubbie holders. Please do yourself a favour and never order from this company. Plenty of others out there that have better service. . So incredibly disappointing on every level.
