Excellent customer service

I received my titanium “Luxury steel” band very promptly after order. The process was super easy and quality of the band is great. I did discover however that the band ordered for my size 42mm was a little larger for the case. I messaged Bandify to see if I could exchange it and got a prompt reply apologising for the confusion in the ordering process as I was meant to order the 41mm band size and not the 42-49mm which is what I did. Needless to say, I was offered a brand new band in the correct size free of charge. Unexpected and much appreciated. Brilliant customer service and a great quality product.
