Shower Shelf Racks - 2 PACK

I am not happy with quality of the product. I received completely different product which showed in their website. And I used in my bathroom and this falls and all my bathroom products fell on the floor. I’m not happy with this product and also when I email to the contact centre and advise them I have not received any reply from them. I would never ever buy anything fro Houseea again and also I don’t understand what they say 30 days money back guarantee when they don’t even reply or response to their customers.

The product is junk. What you see in the video and pictures is misleading. The packaging was poor. The email given to notify the company is invaild. I wait to see if I get my money back but everything I exprienced so far leads me to believe I’ll never receive it let alone hear back from this company.

Items advertised as having suction cups to attach. Item delivered has adhesive pads to attach. They so far are holding but are now permanently attached, not what I thought I was purchasing.
