it came without a heating element, so the thing is essentially pointless, then they wanted me to pay extra money to get it diagnosed, so now im stuck with a machine that doesnt work and down $1700, they want 15% of my money to return a faulty machine? plus a restocking fee, plus shipping which alone is like $200 go with a different company for certain.
