Do Not Stand Behind The Product

I spent $150 on this mold and after two pours, the mold lid ripped. I contacted customer service and as always, they said it was the users fault that I ripped the mold when I tried to demold the cross lid. That’s not correct. I have demolded items several items and have never ripped a mold. The area where it ripped is very, very thin. Into Resin does not stand behind their product. Instead of offering me another mold lid complimentary, they told me I could buy the lid only part of the box at a tune of $70 and offered a 20% discount. I declined and will make my own mold. I believe that my relationship with Into Resin is done.

The mold is beautiful. I wish they would offer the bottom separately now. Not everyone can afford to buy a $150 mold. I'm definitely not saying it isn't worth the price.
