I ordered a custom pet portrait as a sympathy gift for a friend who lost her dog. Lili did a wonderful job of capturing the dog's personality, was communicative during the process, and had a quick turnaround and shipping time. I have ordered from her several times in the past and always had a great experience.

We submitted one of our rescue dogs to get sketched by Lili. We really appreciate her taking the time to request more pics to ensure that the final product was perfect. Communication was great and pretty quick. And we all LOVED our picture of our Nala!! Highly recommend her for this and overall her books/merchandise. They are all very cute and quality products!
