Terrible app and email performance!!!!

When you change the filter. For some reason you need to reconnect to the internet via the app. Well that works poorly!! I had to delete the device to be able to connect it. Once connected the app isn’t giving me the reports on the particle counts. Very poor support via the app as well. You can do better I’m sure. All of this has happened twice since purchasing the purifier. Now the requested critique “Agree & Submit” entry isn’t working! Just down graded my rating again!

Easy breathing

My husband breathes much better with a clean filter in our unit.

Filter program

I am very impressed with the efficiency of the automatic filter renewal program. Although the initial setting it up was problematic, after three renewals now things are going very smoothly. Thanks for making this so easy.
