Just what I needed
This Field Organizer is perfect for what I do. I like how it's not flashy but has everything I need. I have been using this for over a year and it still looks as if I just bought it.

Well built-wish just a bit smaller
As with all other First Tactical products, well made and designed. A lot of care goes into their products. For me though, I just wish it were a little larger than a standard sheet of paper just so it fits more easily into my backpacks.
