I visited the JC HEALTH outlet at Waterloo Centre and the lady boss was so friendly and kind to demonstrate all the different equipment on display. I have no intention to buy this thigh trainer but after trying I think it will help to strengthen my pelvic area as I m past 70 and losing muscle in all areas of body. Now I have it for 2 days and have used it. It seems to help whichever area you practised on it. Really no regrets in buying it.
